We value privacy and your privacy is very important to us. We will not sell or distribute your information in any way nor do we keep credit cards information on file. Anything printed with customer's information is strictly micro-shredded after orders completed.

Samples are available for invitations, programs, menus, table cards, and place cards. There are NO proofs for sample orders. Samples will be shipped via USPS First Class mail with/without tracking. If you'd prefer to see what the card stock looks like, feels like and explore colors, we can send swatches by regular mail for free. You can contact us to request a few sent to you!

Everything is customizable! We want to provide you the opportunity of making something that suits you and your wedding. We want you to be extremely happy with your stationery so feel free to ask away. As your designer, we would also like for you to entrust us and provide us with creative leeway.

You can order custom design invitations made just for you! A non-refundable $100 is required to begin design work!

All orders are handmade and created on a first come first serve basis. You can customize your invitations with add on options that can be found here. If you are looking for something that isn't listed you can either contact us or let us know in the special request or notes box on the form (extra cost may apply depending on your request).

For invitations, once payment/order is received, a summary of order with color combination will be sent over via email for verification. Once the details of the order is verified and approved, a proof will be sent over via email within 24-48 hours. 
Since everything is assembled by hand with love, care and attention to detail, the production process usually takes some time but we assure you, it's totally worth it. Current lead times can be found here.
Rush service is available upon request. A guaranteed ship date will be provided as well as expedited shipping is available upon request. Typically, we can accommodate rush orders most of the time but there are times where we can be very busy, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your time frame.
Loyal Customer Discount - If you order wedding invitations from Krystals Wedding Invitations you will automatically receive 10% off your coordinating stationery order. This offer can only be used once. Please contact us once you’re ready to order your matching stationery.
Wedding invitations, save the dates, rehearsal invitations, menus, programs, welcome/itinerary cards include up to 3 proofs in a JPEG or PDF format within 1-2 days of order or when all necessary information is received. If additional proofs are needed, a $10 charge per proof will be invoiced before continuing.
Some items will not require any proofs as they will look exactly as it is shown in the product picture. These products normally are signs, place/escort cards, table cards, tags/labels, items that don't require any customization. For your convenience, each product description will state whether or not the design will receive any proofs. If seeing a proof is crucial, kindly let us know and a $5 charge per proof will be invoiced.
It is important that each proof we make we progress to finalizing the product, therefore it's imperative that all information provided to us prior to the first proof is correct. The faster we get through this process the sooner we can begin production. Everything will be conversed via email so that everything is documented and referenced if needed.
It is the customer's responsibility as our second eye to make sure that ALL contents of the order and design is correct. This includes but not limited to: spellings, punctuation, grammar, color(s), etc... Once the approval is acknowledged and production begins, any changes will not be allowed. If any error (made by the customer) was found after the order was completed then a re-print fee will be invoiced. Of course, if the error is our fault, we will reprint at no extra cost to you.
Please note that colors may differ slightly between various computer screens. Paper type or colored paper may also affect the print, for example, prints on matte stock will stay flat while prints on metallic stock will appear shimmery. We strongly recommend ordering swatches of your colors to ensure that the colors are right for you. Rest assured that we try our best to match all printed colors as close to your colors as possible.
Should you change your mind during the proofing stage and want a whole new design that is different from what was initially purchased, a design fee of $50 is required to restart. This charge is separate from the cost of the order and will include 3 rounds of proofing but may delay production. Any price difference with changes of materials will be billed separately.
For wedding invitations, addressing and rsvp postage is recommended for a full hassle-free experience. Full addressing includes guest address, return address on back flap of outer envelope and RSVP return address. Return addressing includes return address on both envelopes only.
Please make sure ALL guest names and addresses are correct and typed out exactly how you would like it to look before sending it to us. If for any reason, receiving the guest address list is taking longer than intended this will delay the shipment date for the order. 
If you wish to purchase your pocket fold invitations without addressing or RSVP postage, the bands for pocket fold design will be left unattached for easy access to the RSVP envelope. (The bands will require double sided tape to be sealed).
RSVP postage service is great to add when you’re also adding addressing so this way you wouldn't have to do anything when you receive your invitations other than to mail them out. Outer postage can also be added upon request. If you would like to add both postages to your order we can do that too. There is no service fee for this service.
We can design a custom postage for you or we can order pre-designed ones through a third party. Just let us know if you would like to add this option. Custom designed postage created by Krystals Wedding Invitations will be charged a $30 design fee that is a separate cost from the postage cost. Custom postage and pre-designed postage are ordered through a third party website, customer is required to pay the full amount of the postage cost, applicable tax and shipping costs. There is no refund/cancellation once payment is received and order is processed.

A California Sales Tax of 7.5% will be added to California orders. All other states are tax free. 

Orders must be paid in full with either credit card, paypal, cash (locals), check or money order. For check/money order, work will not begin until check is cleared. Rejected checks will be charged a $35 fee. You can contact us if you wish to pay with check or money order. PLEASE NOTE: Mail can sometimes be misplaced, lost or stolen. For both of our protection, please mail your check/money order either certified or priority mail with tracking. We are not responsible for lost mail. If check or money order isn't received within 30 days, the order will be cancelled.

We offer supplies for our DIY customers as well as packaging supplies. The manufacturer provides all supplies to us. Due to manufacturer tolerances, certain items related to plastic or metal may have small blemishes or scratches and some bags dimension may vary from 1/16" to 1/8" in size. DIY wedding paper supplies have gone through quality check to make sure there are no damages before mailing them to you. All supplies incurs its own shipping charges and will be calculated upon checkout. If you don't see an item here that you need or if you need help to locate something just let us know and we will help.

All designs shown and custom designs can be sold as a digital copy for your own press/DIY projects. Digital files are strictly for personal use and for the use of the intended event only. Digital files cannot be duplicated and/or sold in any manner whatsoever. Parts of the design cannot be co-mingled with another design in any way. Digital files are for printing at home or taken to a print shop. Proofs for digital files will receive the same policy located above under "digital proofs."


We ship everything from our office located in Orange County, California. Orders are carefully packaged together for shipment. We make sure to think of the worst scenario (not that there is any but it is always good to think of the "what if's") for when the package is out of our hands. Therefore, careful attention to corners and providing extra padding is our priority! 

Shipping cost is calculated upon checkout and shipped via USPS or FedEx with tracking/delivery confirmation. Samples are shipped via USPS First Class Mail for domestic (with tracking) and international orders (with tracking to certain countries). Shipping cost is based off of size, weight and destination. Prices can range from $4 to $40 for domestic orders and international orders can range from $9 to $145+. We structure our Canadian/International Rates in flat rate discounts by 15-30% to help our international clients alleviate some postal cost.Faster shipping options are available for additional cost. Our assembled wedding stationeries tend to be heavy (all that paper!) and require larger boxes, sometimes even in two boxes!

Insurance for all orders can be purchased upon request and will be billed to the customer accordingly. We put great value on providing the most cost friendly shipping services for our customers, with that being said, if the shipping cost for your order comes out to be less than what was originally paid for, then the difference will be credited back to your original form of payment. If the shipping cost comes out to be more than what was originally paid for then we will cover the difference. 

We pride ourselves for making sure we package each order with careful attention to corners and edges. Krystals Wedding Invitations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during the shipping process, as we have no control of the package once it leaves us. Please make sure your address is correct on all counts. All orders are shipped to the address provided in the order, if an incorrect address was provided and the order is shipped, Krystals Wedding Invitations will assume no liability for any delays, lost or misplaced packages. If the tracking/delivery states that a package was "delivered" we assume the package was delivered and are not responsible if it wasn't as there is nothing we can do once the carrier states that the package was delivered. We are only responsible for your order up until we ship the package. Once the package is out of our hands, we are no longer responsible for the package.
For international orders, everything above applies with the addition that clients assume all responsibility for taxes, customs and/or any fees associated with their country during customs and are in no way the responsibility of Krystals Wedding Invitations.
Due to the nature of custom/personalized stationery, there are no returns or exchanges. Once we acknowledge the proof approvals, any mistakes/typos that were overlooked in the final proofs will be the customer's responsibility and a re-print fee will apply. We will try our best to ensure accuracy and consistency but we are not perfect so we rely on you, our customer's, to be our second pair of eyes. Of course, if any error is the fault of Krystals Wedding Invitations, we will re-print it in a timely manner at no cost to our customers.
Supplies can be returned within 10 days of delivery. Please email us of a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery. A full refund of the product minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the original form of payment. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Please make sure everything is packaged securely, if the returned item is damaged in any way, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, so if the wedding is on hold, changes to venue or any other reason, we will hold your order for 30 days until further notice is provided to us. We ask that we be kept in the loop and if for any reason we do not receive any notification, we reserve the right to cancel the order to accommodate our other customers. In the event that you need to cancel an order, all billable costs to date such as supplies, materials, deposits, etc... will be deducted from the order total. Cancellations must be in writing and submitted via email.
Krystals Wedding Invitations has the right to cancel an order if in any event the customer or anyone associated with the customer is unreasonable or being extremely difficult to work with. Cost incurred to date such as supplies, materials, deposits, or already produced products will be billable and deducted from the order total before any refund is given.
If a custom graphic is needed to design your stationery, we can purchase it for you from the numerous stock photo websites. If you prefer to browse it yourself we can supply a link for you to choose from. All design costs are billed to the customer. If you have your own logo you would like us to incorporate into the design, please make sure you have the permission from the designer to use. We will always make something unique for you based off of examples you've shown us, we will not purposely replicate any other designers work.
